familiares.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En las instalaciones del Tribunal Electoral de la Ciudad\nde M\u00e9xico (TECDMX), se llev\u00f3 a cabo el \u201cCiclo de Conferencias sobre el Espectro\nAutista, Asperger: diagn\u00f3stico no es destino\u201d, con el objeto de contribuir a la\ngeneraci\u00f3n y construcci\u00f3n de una sociedad m\u00e1s incluyente, justa y respetuosa de\nlos derechos humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El panel inaugural cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de expertos\nen el tema como Berenice Vargas Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez, representante del Consejo para Prevenir\ny Eliminar la Discriminaci\u00f3n de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (Copred) y de Gerardo Gaya,\nFundador y Presidente Ejecutivo de Iluminemos de Azul, A.C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al inaugurar los trabajos del ciclo de conferencias, la\nMagistrada Martha Leticia Mercado Ram\u00edrez afirm\u00f3 que vivimos en una \u00e9poca de\nreplanteamientos y que los derechos humanos, as\u00ed como su interpretaci\u00f3n han\ntomado un parteaguas diferente en aras de la progresividad, la inclusi\u00f3n y la\nigualdad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl TECDMX es incluyente y hemos dado muestras claras,\npero no basta. Mientras m\u00e1s hablemos de estas cuestiones m\u00e1s nos damos cuenta\nde lo que debemos hacer\u201d, expres\u00f3 la Magistrada Mercado Ram\u00edrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Berenice Vargas Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez del Copred, afirm\u00f3\nque los casos de discriminaci\u00f3n relacionados con el autismo nacen del\ndesconocimiento y la ignorancia sobre la condici\u00f3n, haciendo un llamado a\ncontinuar brindando informaci\u00f3n sobre el tema a nuevos sectores, as\u00ed como a\nsolicitar a instituciones, autoridades, espacios y funcionarios p\u00fablicos a que\nse eviten pr\u00e1cticas discriminatorias en contra de las personas con esta condici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl Copred, el Tribunal y otras instituciones de defensa\nde derechos humanos, tienen el compromiso de ser mucho m\u00e1s asertivas, cercanas\na la ciudadan\u00eda y cumplir en cuanto a la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o a los derechos\nhumanos. Se debe sensibilizar y generar procesos de capacitaci\u00f3n\u201d, reflexion\u00f3\nVargas Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para concluir la inauguraci\u00f3n, Gerardo Gaya, fundador y\npresidente ejecutivo de Iluminemos de Azul, A.C., y uno de los principales\npromotores de la concientizaci\u00f3n sobre el autismo en nuestro pa\u00eds, dio a\nconocer que en el Consejo Nacional para Prevenir y Eliminar la Discriminaci\u00f3n\n(Conapred) solo se recibieron siete denuncias por discriminaci\u00f3n sobre el tema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn el Sistema Nacional de Salud, solo el 4% de las\npersonas con autismo en este pa\u00eds est\u00e1n atendidas y solo el 7% del personal\ntiene la capacidad m\u00ednima para su atenci\u00f3n. Tenemos mucho por hacer\u201d, expres\u00f3\nGerardo Gaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la primera mesa de trabajo, titulada \u201cDiagn\u00f3stico no\nes destino\u201d, se tuvieron testimoniales de familiares de personas diagnosticadas\ncon Autismo y que compartieron los retos y necesidades de atenci\u00f3n para las\npersonas con dicha condici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente, se realiz\u00f3 la mesa \u201cVivir con Asperger\u201d,\nla cual cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de tres personas con esa condici\u00f3n y en la\nque compartieron sus experiencias dentro de la sociedad y sus vivencias en la\nsociedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el TECDMX reitera su compromiso con la\nimpartici\u00f3n de justicia electoral desde una perspectiva de derechos humanos,\nincluyente e igualitaria, que permita el acceso y ejercicio de los derechos\npol\u00edtico-electorales de todas las personas, buscando as\u00ed el fortalecimiento de\nla participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y la cultura democr\u00e1tica en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1752\" height=\"986\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/B3EjG4FFtm0\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe> \n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gerardo Gaya imparti\u00f3 la conferencia magistral \u201cDiagn\u00f3stico no es destino<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":13,"featured_media":17856,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_exactmetrics_skip_tracking":false,"_exactmetrics_sitenote_active":false,"_exactmetrics_sitenote_note":"","_exactmetrics_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[32,47,40],"tags":[],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.3 -
