Bolet\u00edn N\u00ba 88<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Magistrada del Tribunal Electoral de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (TECDMX), Martha Leticia Mercado Ram\u00edrez, particip\u00f3 en la Mesa I de la XV Asamblea General Ordinaria de la Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Impartidores de Justicia (AMIJ), con el tema \u201cProtecci\u00f3n Constitucional y Convencional de las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes\u201d, la cual fue coordinada por la Ministra de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n, Yasm\u00edn Esquivel Mosso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al hacer uso de la voz, la Magistrada Mercado Ram\u00edrez destac\u00f3 que en este evento se fortalece y reconoce a la justicia local, pues ah\u00ed se pueden plantear soluciones diferenciadas a las problem\u00e1ticas que impactan a la sociedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Magistrada Mercado Ram\u00edrez retom\u00f3 las declaraciones de la Corte Interamericana de los Derechos Humanos sobre la importancia de la inclusi\u00f3n de grupos vulnerables y la tutela de sus derechos en el marco del Covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cLos derechos econ\u00f3micos, sociales, culturales y ambientales tienen que garantizarse sin discriminaci\u00f3n a toda persona bajo la jurisdicci\u00f3n del Estado, en especial, grupos que son afectados de forma desproporcionada porque se encuentran en situaci\u00f3n de mayor vulnerabilidad, desde luego, ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os\u201d, afirm\u00f3 la Magistrada del TECDMX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asimismo, retom\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n de la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas sobre el impacto negativo que est\u00e1 teniendo el confinamiento en materia educativo, donde m\u00e1s de mil millones de estudiantes se est\u00e1n viendo afectados por el cierre de escuelas, defini\u00e9ndolo como una cat\u00e1strofe generacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Por otra parte, la Magistrada Mercado Ram\u00edrez dio a conocer que la UNAM prev\u00e9 que 72 mil estudiantes de preparatoria y licenciatura est\u00e1n en riesgo de abandonar sus estudios, lo que corresponde al 20 por ciento de su matr\u00edcula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De igual forma, la Magistrada Mercado afirm\u00f3 que se debe revisar la noci\u00f3n sobre la apat\u00eda de la participaci\u00f3n de las personas j\u00f3venes en materia pol\u00edtico-electoral, pues el problema de participaci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes \u201cse debe a que no encuentran la cabida real, no es que no quieran participar, sino que no tienen espacios para hacerlo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Finalmente, la Magistrada Martha Mercado afirm\u00f3 que las personas juzgadoras tienen la oportunidad de generar sentencias y criterios claros que permitan la inclusi\u00f3n y un manto protector para que los grupos vulnerables sientan el acompa\u00f1amiento del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
