Se confirm\u00f3 la asignaci\u00f3n y la entrega de constancias respectivas, realizadas por el Consejo General en el acuerdo impugnado. &nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el Pleno determin\u00f3 desechar de plano la demanda que origin\u00f3 el siguiente Juicio:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;Expediente<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Acto Impugnado&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>TECDMX- JLDC-116\/2024<\/strong><strong><\/strong> <strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><td>El acuerdo a trav\u00e9s del cual el Consejo General del Instituto Electoral Local realiz\u00f3 la asignaci\u00f3n de las Diputaciones al Congreso de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico electas por el principio de representaci\u00f3n proporcional y declar\u00f3 la validez de esa elecci\u00f3n.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Con ello, se concluy\u00f3 la revisi\u00f3n de las elecciones de las personas que integrar\u00e1n el Congreso de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed, a la fecha, se han atendido 84 de las 134 impugnaciones planteadas, que representan el 62.6% del total recibido, destacando que los juicios presentados en contra de los resultados de las elecciones de Alcald\u00edas y Jefatura de Gobierno se encuentran en tr\u00e1mite.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, a 2 de agosto de 2024 EL TECDMX CONFIRM\u00d3 LA ASIGNACI\u00d3N DE DIPUTACIONES DEL CONGRESO DE LA CIUDAD DE M\u00c9XICO POR EL PRINCIPIO DE REPRESENTACI\u00d3N PROPORCIONAL.
