100vw, 1280px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EL TECDMX DESECH\u00d3 UNA IMPUGNACI\u00d3N CONTRA UN PROYECTO EMITIDO POR EL \u00d3RGANO DICTAMINADOR DE LA ALCALD\u00cdA CUAJIMALPA DE MORELOS, PARA LA CONSULTA DE PRESUPUESTO PARTICIPATIVO 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>El TECDMX resolvi\u00f3 una impugnaci\u00f3n presentada el d\u00eda de hoy, en el sentido de desecharla debido a su presentaci\u00f3n extempor\u00e1nea.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>El TECDMX reitera su compromiso de resolver de manera oportuna todas y cada una de las impugnaciones que se presenten en esta fase de dictaminaci\u00f3n y re-dictaminaci\u00f3n, de los proyectos, considerando que la consulta en su modalidad en l\u00ednea tiene lugar como jornada anticipada del 4 al 14 de agosto.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El Pleno del Tribunal Electoral de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (TECDMX), celebr\u00f3 esta tarde sesi\u00f3n p\u00fablica, en la que las magistraturas desecharon de plano el siguiente juicio para la Protecci\u00f3n de los Derechos Pol\u00edtico-Electorales de la Ciudadan\u00eda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Expediente <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Acto impugnado<\/strong><strong><s><\/s><\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Raz\u00f3n<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>TECDMX-JLDC-094\/2025<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/td><td>La dictaminaci\u00f3n en sentido positivo del proyecto \u201cRecuperaci\u00f3n de la Alberca la Navidad\u201d, emitido por el \u00d3rgano Dictaminador de la Alcald\u00eda Cuajimalpa de Morelos, para la consulta de Presupuesto Participativo 2025.<\/td><td>La impugnaci\u00f3n fue extempor\u00e1nea.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La resoluci\u00f3n del juicio incluido en el presente
