RESPECTO DE UN RECURSO DE REVISI\u00d3N INTRAPARTIDISTA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><em>Se confirm\u00f3 la determinaci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Honestidad y Justicia del Partido MORENA con relaci\u00f3n al desechamiento de un recurso de revisi\u00f3n interpuesto de manera extempor\u00e1nea, con base en la normativa interna del instituto pol\u00edtico.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El Pleno del Tribunal Electoral de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (TECDMX), celebr\u00f3 esta tarde Sesi\u00f3n P\u00fablica, en la que las Magistraturas resolvieron el siguiente Juicio de la Ciudadan\u00eda<strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Expediente<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Acto Impugnado<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Resoluci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>TECDMX-JLDC-101\/2026<\/strong><\/td><td>La resoluci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Honestidad y Justicia de Morena, emitida en el recurso de revisi\u00f3n intrapartidista identificado con la clave CNHJ-CM-182\/2026-REV-I.<\/td><td>Se confirm\u00f3 la resoluci\u00f3n impugnada en t\u00e9rminos de lo razonado en la parte considerativa correspondiente.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, el Pleno Resolvi\u00f3 los siguientes Juicios y Procedimientos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure &nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>TECDMX-JEL-383\/2026<\/strong><\/td><td>El acuerdo emitido por la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Quejas del Instituto Electoral de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico en el expediente IECM-SCG\/PE\/012\/2026.<\/td><td>Se confirm\u00f3 el acuerdo impugnado. &nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>TECDMX-JEL-387\/2026<\/strong><\/td><td>La resoluci\u00f3n emitida por la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de <em>Quejas <\/em>del Instituto Electoral de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico en el expediente IECM-QNA\/046\/2026.<\/td><td>Se confirm\u00f3 la resoluci\u00f3n impugnada. &nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>TECDMX-JEL-388\/2026<\/strong><\/td><td>El acuerdo IECM\/ACU-DD-05-001\/2026 emitido por la Direcci\u00f3n Distrital 05 del Instituto Electoral de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico por el que se realiz\u00f3 la asignaci\u00f3n e integraci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n de Participaci\u00f3n Comunitaria en la Unidad Territorial Nueva Santa Mar\u00eda, clave 02-052, en la Demarcaci\u00f3n Azcapotzalco.<\/td><td>Se confirm\u00f3 el acuerdo controvertido, en lo que fue materia de impugnaci\u00f3n. &nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>TECDMX-JEL-389\/2026<\/strong><\/td><td>La resoluci\u00f3n emitida en el procedimiento para resolver inconformidades por propaganda, en la Elecci\u00f3n de las Comisiones de Participaci\u00f3n Comunitaria 2026, con clave IECM\/DD26\/04\/2026.<\/td><td>Se confirm\u00f3 la resoluci\u00f3n impugnada. &nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td colspan=\"3\"><strong>Procedimientos Especiales Sancionadores.<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Expediente<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Acto y Violencia Pol\u00edtica contra las Mujeres en Raz\u00f3n de G\u00e9nero.<\/td><td>Se declar\u00f3 la inexistencia de las infracciones atribuidas a los perfiles identificados como: \u201cHany Cuevas\u201d, \u201cInformativo desde abajo\u201d, \u201cYo amo Xochimilco\u201d, \u201cXochimilco Alcald\u00eda\u201d y \u201cBloque Sur CDMX\u201d, en la red social Facebook, as\u00ed como del medio de informaci\u00f3n digital \u201cLa Metr\u00f3poli\u201d, consistentes en Violencia Pol\u00edtica en Raz\u00f3n de G\u00e9nero y Violencia Pol\u00edtica contra las Mujeres en Raz\u00f3n de G\u00e9nero, en t\u00e9rminos de lo razonado en el considerando CUARTO de la resoluci\u00f3n. &nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Las resoluciones de los Juicios y Procedimientos
